Shipping & Returns FAQ

Have questions about getting your furniture delivered? We have answered the most common ones here. For anything else, reach out to our team.

Shipping times vary based on the item and your location:

  • In-stock items: 2-4 weeks for delivery within the continental US. We use white-glove delivery service, which includes in-home placement and packaging removal.
  • Custom orders: 8-12 weeks production time, plus 2-4 weeks for delivery. You will receive progress updates throughout.
  • Small items & accessories: 3-7 business days via standard shipping.

We want you to love your furniture. Here is how returns work:

  • 30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original condition.
  • Return shipping: We provide free return pickup for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, a flat fee of $149 applies for furniture and $29 for small items.
  • Custom orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are final sale. We work closely with you during design to ensure satisfaction.

Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. For Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges apply based on item size and weight. We are working on expanding to Canada soon. For international inquiries, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request through our freight partners.

Yes! Local pickup is available at our Portland showroom for most items. This is a great option if you want to save on shipping or prefer to transport items yourself. When checking out, select "Local Pickup" as your delivery method. We will notify you when your order is ready, typically within 3-5 business days for in-stock items. Please bring a suitable vehicle for larger furniture pieces.

While rare, shipping damage can occur. If your item arrives damaged, please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging and damage, and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Our white-glove delivery team inspects items before leaving, but if damage is discovered after unpacking, we will still make it right.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For white-glove deliveries, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking details. For custom orders, you will receive production updates at key milestones.
